Return Policy for MP46 Electric
Please contact our office at 904-326-0671 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EST Monday- Friday or online at customersupport@mp46electrical.com
Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and the blank warranty cards. Also, please include the original receipt with the product.
Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.
If the return is the result of an error by MP46 Electrical, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. This means the warranty card must be blank, all parts and instructions are present, the item is unused, and the item has all the original packaging. Please include the original invoice, packing slip, order confirmation email, and / or the Return Authorization email.
Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.
All sales are FINAL on: clearance, blowout sale, special deals, or any items categorized under these descriptions. Please contact the Customer Service Center for details.
We cannot accept a return on any product that has been installed or otherwise modified in anyway.
Wire Cut Returns
MP46 Electrical does not issue credit on any cut wire.

Damaged or Defective Material
Damaged or Defective Material returns are subject to the manufacturers defective, freight, and handling policy. A refund is not guaranteed.*
